  • The initial evaluation may take up to 60 minutes, however subsequent appointments usually take about 20 to a half-jour. A commmon treatments plan for a single complaint would typically involve three to 12 treatments depends on the symptoms and severity. Acupuncture needles are very thin, and causes vary little discomfort, yet most of patients do not feel anything. In most cases, the needles will remain in place for 10 to 20 minutes while you lie still and relax. Most of people feel relaxed while others feel energized after an acupuncture treatment.
